The River Park Homeowners Association Board of Directors is pleased to invite you to the 2025 Annual Meeting.

The meeting will be held at 7:00 pm on January 16, 2025 at 2909 Park Arbor Court and online via GotoMeeting. More information can be found on www.riverparkhoa.com.

The meeting will include a financial review of 2024 and discussion of plans for 2025. An election will be held to fill three (3) positions on the Board of Directors. We are in need of new members to take on these three open positions. Those currently holding those positions (Jason, Amy, Anita) have completed their terms and will not be re-running. The positions of President, Secretary, and at large member will be filled for two-year terms.

If you are interested in running for the open positions, please notify Ryan Smith by email at ryan@legacysouthwestpm.com no later than January 13, 2025. Voting will be online via www.riverparkhoa.com. You must be registered on the website to vote. Voting will open at the conclusion of the annual meeting and will remain open for 48 hours. While we encourage everyone to vote online, additional options will be available for homeowners. An enclosed or an online proxy is available on the association website for anyone who does not believe they will be able to vote in the slotted time frame. Also, an absentee ballot will be made available on January 14, 2025. Please contact Ryan Smith with any questions regarding voting.

If you have any questions or concerns that you would like addressed at the meeting, please kindly notify Ryan Smith. Additionally, members of the Legacy Southwest management team will be available to assist with any issues you have with voting online.
