Information Regarding Zoning Change

Please see the following info from Mary Nell Poole:

Hi Becky! We are working on the traffic illustration requested by The Retreat residents. They are hosting another meeting on Wednesday, 2/27 at 6:45 (7:00 program) at CERA. We will have our Traffic Engineer consultant there to answer questions, and Councilman Brian Byrd will also be in attendance. Mary Kubes has graciously said we could invite other residents. Chad Kline with River Elm was in attendance at the last meeting, and Mary invited their board and/or residents. We would like to invite your group also. The room she has rented holds 50 people. If you could let me know about how many people you think will attend, that would help. If the group is too large, we may need to have 2 meetings. I can’t guarantee that Councilman Byrd can make 2 meetings, but we can have the Traffic Engineer there. Though we won’t have answers to everything in our list, this will be a great opportunity to address many concerns and begin working on a longer term traffic safety plan.
