HOA Information

Recently we have received inquiries regarding political signs and whether they are allowed in the neighborhood. Political signs are allowed in the River Park HOA. They can be erected 90 days in advance of an election and must be removed within 15 days after the election.

We have also received questions regarding parking on the streets. According to your Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions no parking is allowed on streets in your HOA. We ask for your assistance in this matter. Please use your driveways when possible.
