Community Update
Published: June 18, 2020
With the ongoing nearby construction, wildlife has been displaced and has been seen in River Park more often recently. This includes feral cats as the number present in the neighborhood is increasing. Some residents are now experiencing problems due to the number of cats. Management will be working with the city and organizations on a catch and release program in which the cats are neutered or spayed. Many of these programs are not currently taking cats due to Covid-19. In the meantime please be thoughtful to your neighbors when considering feeding or taking care of the cats.
We hope you have seen and like the recently completed landscape improvements throughout the neighborhood and the freshly painted light posts and gates. A security camera will be added to the front entrance in the coming days.
Please continue to be thoughtful about parking on the streets, driving slowly and cleaning up after your pets. If you have any comments or concerns please contact Ryan Smith at 214-705-1615 or ryan@legacysouthwestpm.com.
