Spectrum Update

We wanted to provide you with a quick update on the Spectrum infrastructure project.

Permits have been obtained and you should start seeing utilities marked in your yards. We expect digging to begin within the next week or so, but will update you as we get closer.

The installation contractor will be providing each of you with a door tag containing their contact information in case any issues arise with your specific property. However, please continue to elevate any issues to Ryan and the RP HOA Board.

The installation contractor is going to work in our neighborhood from 8am-4pm and will clean up after themselves. They’ve informed us that they expect to finish the installation of all infrastructure by around the end of the June/early July. Once that’s completed and we are activated in their system, each homeowner will then be able to call Spectrum to arrange a home installation. We will continue to provide updates as needed.
